Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. Appellate experience, both
oral and written, in the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Courts and the

Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Grand jury investigative
work entailing the preparation of relevant pleadings, subpoenas and

Attorneys and their investigations and trial preparation of public
corruption, wire, mail and bank fraud, narcotics trafficking, tax evasion
and RICO violations. In addition to supervision, remained responsible
for sensitive public corruption investigations and trials.
1991 to 1998 Partner, Law Offices of Mullen & Minella
Concentration in the representation of seriously injured individuals.
Emphasis on the litigation of product liability, medical negligence and
wrongful death actions. In 1992, obtained a $7,000,000 jury verdict on
behalf of a paraplegic, a record high State of Illinois jury verdict as of
1992.

Concentration in the representation of seriously injured individuals.
Emphasis on the litigation of product liability, medical negligence and
