Nominated by the Cook County Democratic Party
“When I was contacted by the judicial evaluation committees to assess your legal abilities and qualifications to become a judge, I told them that in my opinion (Mr. Mullen) was the finest representation of what an officer of the Court should be–no candidate is more suited to be a judge than Mr. Mullen.”
-Patrick Dowd, Managing Partner, Dowd & Dowd
